Our
Members
Our members come from all walks
of life: bankers, lawyers, police officers, fire and rescue personnel,
doctors, accountants, artists, financial planners, educators, social service
professionals, elected officials, retirees and others spanning the spectrum
of professions in Peterborough and the Greater Monadnock Region. What we
all have in common is a desire to give back to the community that has been
good to us.
What
We Can Do for You:
-
Provide the opportunity for fellowship
and lasting friendships.
-
Involve you in the life of the community.
-
Open the door for an informal exchange
of ideas.
-
Broaden your general knowledge by providing
speakers on interesting subjects.
-
Foster a sense of fulfillment by contributing
to the needs of others.
What
You Can Do for Us:
-
Participate regularly in meetings and
club functions. This gives the members a chance to know you better and
to build lasting friendships with you.
-
Strengthen our club by lending your
talents and special skills where they are needed.
-
Share your ideas with others.
-
Recruit new members; invite your friends

Our
Meetings
Club meetings are conducted once
a week and offer an atmosphere of fun, learning, and fellowship. In addition
to attending the meetings, Kiwanians volunteer to assist with club service
projects.
Where
We Are:
We meet every Wednesday at 12 noon
at the Monadnock Country Club, located
near the center of Peterborough (up the street from Peterborough Elementary
School) on High Street. Visiting Kiwanis members from other clubs
are always welcome.
